Order Processing
Most North & Noel products are made to order.
After your order is placed, Printful and its fulfilment partners handle production and shipping. Most products take approximately 2–5 business days to produce; the order day is not counted. Production times vary by product, fulfilment location, order volume and season. North & Noel is operated from Norway, but products may be produced and shipped from facilities in other countries. Printful selects facilities based on product availability, destination and capacity; a US order is not guaranteed to ship from the US.
Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout include both production and shipping estimates where available.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping Destinations
North & Noel ships to selected countries and regions worldwide.
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Candles are available for delivery in the United States only. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. Product-specific restrictions may apply; checkout confirms whether a destination is available.
Shipping availability may change over time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping to the destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is included in our product prices, so there is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout.
Orders may arrive in separate packages at no additional standard shipping charge.
Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Please see Customs, Duties and Taxes below.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Customers should use the tracking information provided with their order to follow the shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
For US orders, allow an estimated 5–25 business days in total for production and standard shipping. The route affects the estimate:
- US domestic fulfilment: typically 2–5 business days for production plus 3–4 business days for standard shipping, approximately 5–9 business days total.
- International fulfilment: typically 2–5 business days for production plus 5–20 business days for standard international shipping, approximately 7–25 business days total.
These are general Printful estimates, not a delivery guarantee. Actual timing depends on the product, destination, stock, fulfilment capacity, holidays and customs. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any order-specific estimate shown at checkout should also be reviewed.
International shipments may take longer due to customs processing, local postal services or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery estimates displayed during checkout or in your order information should be treated as estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
International destinations: Estimated standard delivery is 7–25 business days in total, including 2–5 business days for production and handling and 5–20 business days in transit after production, where the product and destination are available at checkout. Estimates vary by destination, product and production route. Checkout estimates are shown where available; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities or contain products that require separate fulfilment.
As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You will receive available tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be returned to the fulfilment facility.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected or accepted by the recipient may be returned to the fulfilment facility.
If a package is returned as unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is resent.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your order may be lost in transit, please report the issue as soon as possible.
Claims relating to packages lost in transit should normally be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue when requested.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.
North & Noel does not control charges imposed by customs authorities or local governments.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees that are legally payable by the recipient, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- High seasonal order volumes
- Local postal disruptions
- Incorrect delivery information
- Events affecting transportation or fulfilment networks
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where necessary, but estimated delivery dates may change.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
