North & Noel is an independent Norwegian design brand for Christmas gifts, home accents, and clothing inspired by the season. Our world begins with snowy landscapes, familiar traditions, and the warmth of coming home. We bring those influences into designs for the things you wear, give, and keep close through winter.

Rooted in Norway
In Norway, winter changes the rhythm of the day. The light fades early. Trees stand dark against the snow. Inside, a lamp is switched on, coffee is poured, and the kitchen becomes a place to linger.
These are the kinds of details that shape North & Noel. Our inspiration comes from Norwegian landscapes and the life around them: forests, mountain cabins, small towns, and windows glowing on a winter evening.
We bring that sense of place into our designs through color, illustration, and the subjects we return to. A snowy roofline, the shape of a pine tree, or the soft light of a winter sky can become the starting point for something you use at home.
Why North & Noel?
North is our connection to Norway: the landscape, the changing light, and a Scandinavian approach to making everyday surroundings feel welcoming.
Noel brings Christmas into the story. It holds the anticipation of the season, the decorations coming out of their boxes, and the pleasure of finding a gift that feels right for someone.
Together, the two words describe the world we want to share. Norwegian inspiration gives it a sense of place. Christmas gives it a reason to gather, decorate, and give.
Our way of seeing the season
We are drawn to Christmas design with warmth and character. Traditional winter scenes, familiar holiday colors, and small nostalgic details sit alongside simpler, more contemporary illustrations.
We look for a clear idea in a design and give it room to be seen. Sometimes that means a detailed snowy landscape. Sometimes it is a single motif, a restrained color palette, or a playful detail that makes you smile.
Christmas is at the heart of North & Noel, with the rest of winter close by. Some designs belong to the holidays; others feel just as at home on a quiet January morning.

I'm Magnus, the founder of North & Noel. I'm based in Steinkjer, in Norway's Trøndelag region, and my background is in design and content creation.
North & Noel brings my creative work together with the winter landscapes and seasonal details of home. I want that Norwegian influence to come through in the designs you find here.
